 Description

The Internal Sales Consultant is responsible for creating and executing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. This role requires regular communication with clients, maintenance of customer records, collaboration with the sales and management teams, and adherence to company policies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Regularly review and adjust sales tactics to align with company objectives and evolving market conditions.
  • Communicate proactively with current and potential customers, identifying and providing solutions to their ICT needs.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct sales activities within the designated territory, ensuring comprehensive customer coverage.
  • Coordinate with team members and sales leaders to facilitate sales, share insights, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Consistently update the CRM system with accurate and detailed records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Submit regular sales activity reports to track progress and provide insights into customer needs and territory dynamics.
  • Follow all company policies, values, and procedures to ensure consistent and professional representation of the company.
  • Demonstrate company values in all customer interactions, maintaining integrity, transparency, and a customer-first approach.
  • Utilize company resources effectively to reach out to prospects, convert leads, and maximize sales potential.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the company’s contact database.
  • Stay informed on company product offerings, price lists, and product literature to effectively guide customers in selecting solutions that meet their needs.
  • Handle customer complaints by investigating issues, developing effective solutions, and providing feedback to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing relevant publications, and building a professional network.
  • Engage in ongoing learning to maintain expertise in ICT products and industry developments.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of area and customer sales, preserving data for future reference and analysis.
  • Prepare historical sales reports to inform planning, strategy adjustments, and performance evaluation.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Attainment of monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Positive customer feedback and high retention rate.
  • Lead Conversion Rate: Effective conversion of leads to closed sales.
  • CRM Accuracy: Maintenance of up-to-date and accurate CRM records.
  • Time Management: Prioritize RFQ, manage a busy influx of RQF, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Expense Management: Adherence to budget with efficient use of resources.
