 Position Overview

Responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, including contacting potential customers and outreach building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty, retention, and satisfaction, and effectively meeting sales targets by delivering tailored product solutions through demonstrations and outbound communication inclusive of generating sales reports, forecasting, and identifying areas of improvement. As a company representative, they maintain professionalism, provide excellent customer service, and negotiate terms that benefit both parties.

 Key Perfomance Indicators (KPI's)

  • Sales Target Achievement: Attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
  • New Client Acquisition: Number of new accounts acquired within the territory.
  • Lead Conversion Rate: Effectiveness in converting leads to closed deals.
  • Customer Retention Rate: Success in building long-term relationships and retaining clients.
  • CRM Accuracy: Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Time Management: Prioritize leads, manage a busy sales pipeline, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Expense Management: Adherence to budget with efficient use of resources.
