 Description

Responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, including contacting potential customers and outreach building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty, retention, and satisfaction, and effectively meeting sales targets by delivering tailored product solutions through demonstrations and outbound communication inclusive of generating sales reports, forecasting, and identifying areas of improvement. As a company representative, they maintain professionalism, provide excellent customer service, and negotiate terms that benefit both parties.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively research and identify potential customers within the industry, including businesses requiring tailored technology solutions.
  • Prospect leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Schedule regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to address concerns, present new solutions, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Collect feedback from clients to improve service delivery and inform product development.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific business needs and technology requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate ICT products and services, such as hardware, software, cloud solutions, and networking services, in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Offer customized ICT solutions that align with the client’s goals, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Generate detailed sales reports and maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Forecast sales performance based on current market conditions and client pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling ICT products and services to maximize revenue per account.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the company by upholding its values, mission, and commitment to quality.
  • Balance customer expectations with company goals to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Regularly analyze market conditions and customer needs to identify new trends and demands in the ICT sector.
  • Investigate complaints, provide solutions, and ensure that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
